Exchange rules:

We're happy to exchange orders up to 30 days after you received them.

The products must be in their original packaging and in a brand new, resalable condition (please try them on indoors only).

Examples of unacceptable conditions include dirt, foot odor, mold, wear on soles or footbeds, and fur/hair.

Products received in unacceptable condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product cost or be returned at the customer’s expense.

Our exchange process:

1. Fill out the form below
2. Send your products back to us (we will provide exact shipping instructions). 
3. At the same time place an order for the new products.
4. We will send your new order ASAP and refund your account once the original order gets back to us (shipping costs are non-refundable).
