Return rules:

We're happy to accept returned orders up to 30 days after you received them.

The products must be in their original packaging and in a brand new, resalable condition (please try them on indoors only).

Examples of unacceptable conditions include dirt, foot odor, mold, wear on soles or footbeds, and fur/hair.

Products received in unacceptable condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product cost or be returned at the customer’s expense.

Shipping costs of returns will be covered by the customer.

Return process:

1. Send your products back to us - we'll provide exact shipping instructions. 
2. Share the tracking number for smoother processing
3. Once we receive the package, we'll refund the cost of the returned products (shipping costs are non-refundable).
