Tire sole warranty: We’ll replace your soles if they wear down from regular use within 10,000 km.

General warranty: Covers things like stitching, gluing, and hardware for 12 months from your order date.

Most people find their usual size works well, but we recommend checking our size guide just to be sure. You can even print a sizing page to double-check at home. It only takes a minute and helps avoid any back-and-forth later.

Yes, we do offer special pricing for larger orders. If you’re planning to order multiple pairs, contact us before placing the order, and we’ll be happy to help.

If you need to make changes to your order, reach out to us by email or chat as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.

If you need to exchange or return your sandals, we’re happy to help within 60 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Sandals must be unused, in resellable condition, and in original packaging
• Try them on indoors only

We don’t cover those, so it’s good to check your local rules just to be sure.

"Barefoot" style footwear has one goal - to allow your feet to function and move as freely and naturally as possible. ZuZu sandals are designed just for that. With a wide toe box letting your toes spread as they should, a thin, zero-drop, and super flexible sole that lets your feet spread, ZuZu sandals meet all criteria while allowing your feet to move naturally, as they should!

It’s all about natural movement. ZuZu sandals don’t interfere with how your feet work. They support it. The wide toe box gives your toes space, the sole is flat and flexible, and there’s no extra padding getting in the way. They’re barefoot-style in the truest sense.

In the early days, we made every pair ourselves, in a small workshop in northern Israel.

Over time, we realized that with the right partnerships, we could reach higher quality, work with a wider range of materials, and use more advanced manufacturing technologies.

To this day, we design, test, and develop every model ourselves, down to the smallest details.

Today, all of our sandals and shoes are made in Vietnam, using natural rubber from local Hevea tree plantations and recycled rice husk - a byproduct of regional rice farming.

That’s how we maintain superb quality, precise processes, and ensure our involvement every step of the way.

It might take a few hours to get used to, especially if it's your first time with a toe strap. But once your feet settle in, it feels incredibly natural, and most people don’t want to go back. The toe loop gently keeps your foot in place without restricting your toes.

• Don’t leave them baking in the sun or near heaters – it can dry out the materials.
• Wash them with soap, water, and a brush now and then.
• If they start to smell, try baking soda on the footbed overnight and rinse in the morning.

Keeping them clean helps them last longer and keeps odors away.

Definitely - if you’ve got the performance straps on. People use them for running, hiking, and even long-distance races.

If you’re wearing leather straps, we recommend switching to performance ones before hitting the trail - they’re just better suited for that kind of action.
