If you're new to minimalist footwear, Groove is the perfect place to start. It gives you freedom to move, gentle cushioning for hard surfaces, and just the right ground feel to stay connected.

Some feet need time to adjust and strengthen, but once they do, nothing feels more natural.

Barefoot Running

Groove makes barefoot running feel natural and smooth on roads, trails, and everything in between.

With just the right cushion, it softens the impact without dulling your connection to the ground.

Water-Friendly, But Best Dry

Groove handles sweat well, but when fully soaked, the smooth footbed can get a bit slippery. If you’re often in wet conditions, check out our other models. That said, a snug strap fit usually keeps things steady for a casual dip.

Awesome sandals!

I started with the Flow which I wear all the time. However, I was finding I needed some extra cushion for walks on harder surfaces. Purchased both the Groove and Flex and extremely happy. The plan is the Groove with vegan laces for a nicer sandal and switching between the Flex and Flow for walks, hikes, beach walks, etc. I live in these sandals until it get to cold. Great product and happy all models are back in stock.

LOVE IT!

Extremely comfortable and amazing customer service. The only "downside" is that customs can cost quite a bit, which has nothing to do with the company itself. These guys are great and I will be buying here again.

Care Instructions

To extend the life of your sandals, avoid long exposure to direct sunlight or high heat (like in a parked car), which can damage materials and cause odors.

Rinse occasionally with cool or lukewarm water (max 30°C) and gently scrub with a soft brush if needed.
